quantEM is an open-source Python library for quantitative electron microscopy, developed by a multi-institutional team at Stanford, Berkeley, and TU Delft. I was on the original team that created the package and am a core developer: I lead the ptychography and machine learning modules and contribute to the core infrastructure of data structures, visualization, utilities, etc.
